梨树根际枯草芽孢杆菌发酵生产磷酸酶的初步研究

A Preliminary Study on PhosphataseProduction by Bacillus subtilisfrom Pear Rhizosphere

本文初步研究了筛选梨树根际枯草芽孢杆菌的发酵产磷酸酶条件。结果表明,在以葡萄糖为碳源、胰蛋白胨为氮源、Fe^(2+)、Mg^(2+)和Mn^(2+)的浓度分别为0.05g/L、0.7g/L、0.07g/L,培养时间为24h的条件下,枯草芽孢杆菌产磷酸酶活性较高,酸性磷酸酶活性最高达到436.2μmol/(L·h),碱性磷酸酶活性最高达到376.4μmol/(L·h)。

In this study,the phosphatase activity of Bacillus subtiliswas investigated.The results showed thatthe optimum culturing conditions for phosphatase activity production are glucose as carbon source,tryptone as nitrogen source,Fe^2+0.05g/L,Mg^2+0.7g/L and Mn^2+0.07g/L.The acid phosphatase activity reached 436.2μmol/(L·h)and the alkaline phosphatase activity reached376.4μmol/(L·h)under the conditions.
