摘要
本研究对金针菇黄酮类化合物的体外抗氧化活性进行了研究,利用微波辅助法提取金针菇黄酮类化合物,采用5种抗氧化活性检测方法,通过邻二氮菲-亚铁法、紫外法、邻苯三酚自氧化法、Nagai法和铁氰化钾还原法分别测定金针菇黄酮类化合物体外清除羟基自由基OH·、过氧化氢(H_2O_2)、超氧阴离子自由基(O_2^-·)、DPPH自由基的能力。结果表明:不同浓度的金针菇黄酮类化合物均具有一定的还原能力,并能显著清除OH·、H_2O_2、O_2^-·、DPPH自由基,且随着金针菇黄酮类化合物浓度的升高,其抗氧化活性及清除自由基的能力逐渐增强,在一定浓度范围内金针菇黄酮类化合物的浓度与清除率呈正相关。说明金针菇黄酮类化合物具有良好的抗氧化活性。
This study of needle mushroom brass compounds of antioxidant activity were studied.Needle flavonoids is extracted by microwave assisted method,and it has used five kinds of antioxidant activity detection method(phenanthroline-Fe^2+method、HPLC-UV、pyrogallol autooxidation method、Nagai method and ferricyanide reduction method)to explore separately the scavenging activity of OH·、H2O2、O2^-·、well as DPPH free radicalas and the determination of reducing power.Results showed that different concentrations of the flammulina velutipes have a certain reduction capacity,it can scavenge OH·、H2O2、O2^-·and DPPH free radical.With the increase of flammulina velutipes concentration,its antioxidant activity and free redical scavenging capacity gradually increased.With a certain concentration range,the concentration of flammulina velutipes flavonoids’concentration was positively related with clearance.This shows that flammulina velutipes flavonoids has good antioxidant activity.
