摘要
通过比较超声波破碎法和玻璃珠碾碎法对灵芝三萜酸发酵生物量和三萜酸含量的影响,对菌丝球破碎工艺进行研究。结果表明,未进行破碎菌丝球直径为9.2mm,超声波破碎法和玻璃珠碾碎法菌丝球直径分别为1.6mm和6.2mm,超声波破碎法和玻璃珠碾碎法的生物量分别提高了60.3%和47.4%,三萜酸含量分别提高了53.6%和41.6%。超声波破碎法和玻璃珠碾碎法可降低菌丝球直径,增加菌丝球数量,提高生物量和三萜酸含量,为灵芝三萜酸发酵种子的快速扩大培养、生产的规模化提供试验依据。
This study discussed the crushed process of mycelial pellets was observed by the impact analysis of the crushing method comparison on biomass and triterpenic acids content.The results show that the mycelial pellets of not crushing was 9.2mm in diameter.In addition,the mycelial pellets of ultrasonic crushing method and glass beads crushing method were1.6mm and6.2mm respectively in diameter,and the biomass increased by 60.3% and 47.4%respectively,meanwhile triterpenic acids content increased by 53.6% and 41.6%respectively.The crushing method of ultrasonic and glass beads reduced the diameter of mycelial pellets,increased the quantity of mycelial pellets,biomass and triterpenic acids content,which can provide examination base for faster amplification culture of seed culture and the scale production for triterpenic acids production.
