摘要
阿尔兹海默病(AD)是一种高发性神经退行性疾病,其发病机制多样。本文重点阐述β-淀粉样蛋白过度沉积、炎症作用和Tau蛋白过度磷酸化等主要病变机制及针对相应机制研发的新型治疗药物,从而缓解AD的症状。
Alzheimer's disease(AD)is a high-onset neurodegenerative disease,its pathogenesis is diverse,this article focuses on the β-amyloid over-deposition,inflammation and tau protein over-phosphorylation and other major pathological mechanisms and the corresponding mechanism for the development of new therapeutic drugs,so that the AD has a mitigating effect.
