摘要
本文从芋头叶柄国内外利用现状、化学成分分析、营养价值、应用领域四个方面对芋头叶柄的研究进行综述,同时对其应用前景作出展望,以期探索出芋头产业发展的新方向,充分利用芋头资源,发展农业经济,促进乡村振兴产业的发展。
In this paper,the research of taro petiole was reviewed from four aspects of utilization status at home and abroad,chemical composition analysis,nutritional value and application field.At the same time,the prospect of its application was prospected in order to explore the new development direction of taro industry,make full use of taro resources,develop agricultural economy and promote the development of rural industry.
