摘要
超临界萃取是一项新型的萃取技术,被广泛应用于各个行业的产品分离中。本文首先对超临界萃取技术原理和性质进行了详细的说明,然后在此基础上分别介绍了其在食品工业、医药领域以及其他方面的应用。
Supercritical extraction is a new type of extraction technology,which is widely used in various industries.In this paper,the principle and properties of supercritical fluid extraction(SCFE)were described in detail,and its applications in food industry,medicine and other fields were introduced.
