摘要
目的比较不同Tamai和Yamano分型末节断指再植成活率。方法选取98例末节断指患者(102指)作为研究对象,根据所有末节断指的区域进行Tamai和Yamano分型,比较不同Tamai和Yamano分型末节断指再植成活率。结果 Tamai 1型45指,成活30指,成活率66. 7%; Tamai 2型57指,成活41指,成活率71. 9%。Yamano 1型18指,成活18指,成活率100%; Yamano 2型24指,成活21指,成活率87. 5%; Yamano3型60指,成活42指,成活率70. 0%。不同Tamai分型末节断指再植成活率比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0. 329,P> 0. 05),不同Yamano分型末节断指再植成活率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=9. 583,P=0. 008)。结论末节断指离断位置显著影响再植成活率,Yamano分型更有利于评估末节断指再植成活率。
Objective To compare the survival rate of different Tamai and Yamano classification of distal phalanx replantation.Methods The 98 cases of distal finger patients(102 fingers)were selected as the research object,to compare the survival rate of different Tamai and Yamano classification of distal phalanx replantation.Results The 45 fingers of Tamai type 1,30 fingers survived,the survival rate was 66.7%;57 fingers of Tamai type 2,41 fingers survived,the survival rate was 71.9%.The 18 fingers of Yamano type 1,18 finger survived,the survival rate was 100%;24 fingers of Yamano type 2,21 fingers survived,the survival rate was 87.5%;The 60 fingers of Yamano type 3,42 fingers survived,the survival rate was 70.0%.The survival rate between different Tamai classification of distal phalanx replantation were no significant difference(χ2=0.329,P>0.05),the survival rate between different Yamano classification of distal phalanx replantation were statistically significant difference(χ2=9.583,P=0.008).Conclusions The distal finger amputation position significantly affect the survival rate after replantation,and Yamano classification is more conducive to the survival rate of distal phalanx after replantation of assessment.
