百合CBL1与CBL3基因的克隆与表达分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了深入研究百合响应盐胁迫的分子机制,研究以麝香百合杂种系品种‘白天堂’为试验材料,从中分离得到Ll CBL1与Ll CBL3基因,分别编码213和223个氨基酸。亚细胞定位分析表明Ll CBL1在细胞膜中表达,Ll-CBL3在细胞膜、细胞质和细胞核中表达。基因表达分析表明Ll CBL1和Ll CBL3在根、鳞茎、叶中均有表达; Ll-CBL1和Ll CBL3的表达受盐胁迫诱导,其中Ll CBL1响应盐胁迫的上调表达更加显著。研究结果表明Ll CBL1基因可能与百合的盐胁迫响应密切相关。 To explore the molecular mechanism of lily in response to salt stress,LlCBL1and LlCBL3genes were isolated from lily cultivar‘White Heaven’.LlCBL1composed of213amino acid residues was expressed in plasma membrane,while LlCBL3composed of 223amino acid residues was expressed in plasma membrane,cytoplasm and nucleus.The qPCR results showed that LlCBL1and LlCBL3transcripts were detected in root,bulb and leaf,and were induced by salt stress,of which LlCBL1transcript was up-regulated more significantly.These data indicated that LlCBL1might be correlated to salt stress-response in lily.
