浅析新形势下地震台站在防震减灾工作中的作用

Brief Analysis on the Role of Professional Seismic Stations in Earthquake Prevention and Disaster Mitigation in the New Situation

党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视防震减灾工作,在广大科技工作者的努力工作下,我国的防震减灾事业取得了长足的进步。但在新形势下,我国经济社会的高速发展,人财物高度集中,全社会对防震减灾工作提出了更高的要求。地震台站作为地震科学研究的最基本单元,是监测预报的前哨阵地,在防震减灾工作中占据重要的地位。本文根据地震台站自身的优势和特点,以沂水台为例,就新形下势地震台站如何更好的发挥积极作用进行了初步探讨。

Since the 18th national congress of the communist party of China, the CPC central committee,led by the general secretary Xi Jinping, has attached great importance to earthquake prevention and disaster mitigation. With the efforts of a large number of scientific and technological professionals, China has made great progress in earthquake prevention and disaster mitigation. But in the new situation, with the rapid development of our economy, people, property and materials are highly centralized. The whole society has raised higher requirements for earthquake prevention and mitigation. As the basic unit of seismic science research, seismic station is the outpost of monitoring and forecasting and plays an important role in earthquake prevention and mitigation. According to seismic stations’ own advantages and characteristics, with Yishui Station as an example, this paper conducts a preliminary discussion about how to better play a positive role of seismic stations in the new circumstances.
