摘要
随着高职院校教改的不断推进,产教融合人才培养模式已成为高职院校发展的必经之路。为快速适应烹饪专业的转型发展,本文基于产教融合的视角,对烹饪专业的产教协同发展进行了详细分析,并提出了合理的改革措施,以提升职业院校产教融合的有效性,从而培养出更多的实用型烹饪人才。
With the continuous advancement of higher vocational education reform,the talent training mode of integration of industry and education has become the only way for the development of higher vocational colleges.In order to quickly adapt to the transformation and development of culinary specialty,based on the perspective of integration of production and education,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the coordinated development of production and education of culinary major,and puts forward reasonable reform measures to enhance the effectiveness of integration of production and education in vocational colleges,so as to cultivate more practical culinary talents.
