摘要 "双师型"教师队伍建设不仅有利于提升应用型民办本科高校的教学质量,还有利于推动应用型民办本科高校的可持续发展。为满足当今社会对应用型人才的需求,本文对应用型民办本科高校中"双师型"教师队伍的建设进行了详细研究,并找到"双师型"教师队伍建设存在的问题,继而提出了相关的解决措施,以供人们参考。 The construction of“double-qualified”teaching staff is not only conducive to improving the teaching quality of applied private undergraduate universities,but also conducive to promoting the sustainable development of applied private undergraduate universities.In order to meet the needs of applied talents in today’s society,this paper makes a detailed study of the construction of“double-qualified”teachers in applied private undergraduate colleges and universities,and finds out the problems existing in the construction of“double-qualified”teachers,and then puts forward relevant solutions for reference.
