摘要
高校辅导员工作内容很复杂,做好辅导员的管理工作对保证教学的有效开展和提高学生综合素质具有重要意义。高校辅导员应创新管理模式,从用情感鞭策学生、树立育人为本、德育为先的工作理念等方面提升管理水平,解决学生问题,促进学生健康成长。
The work content of college counselors is very complex.It is of great significance to do a good job in the management of counselors to ensure the effective development of teaching and improve the comprehensive quality of students.College counselors should innovate the management mode,improve the management level,solve students’problems and promote students’healthy growth from the following aspects:using emotion to urge students,establishing the working concept of moral education first.
