摘要
民办院校数学学科青年教师的教学质量和科研水平对民办院校数学学科的发展起着重要的作用,而数学学科的发展对民办院校的整体教学水平也起着不可或缺的作用。实践共同体为数学学科青年教师提供了具体的发展平台,提高了青年教师的教学水平和科研能力。
The teaching quality and scientific research level of young teachers of mathematics play an important role in the development of mathematics in private colleges and universities,and the development of mathematics plays an indispensable role in the overall teaching level of private colleges and universities.The community of practice provides a concrete platform for the development of young mathematics teachers and improves their teaching level and scientific research ability.
