学生管理一直以来都是学校教育的一个重要环节,很多学校根据以往的管理经验,思考未来的管理工作怎样实施,作出了学生管理工作制度与人性化有机融合的对策,在管理过程中充分做到以人为本的理念。本文通过分析高校管理工作的现状及存在的问题,阐述了学生管理工作中制度化和人性化有机融合的意义。

Student management has always been an important part of school education.Many schools,based on past management experience,should think about how to implement future management work,and make the countermeasures of organic integration of student management system and humanization,so as to fully realize the people-oriented concept in the management process.By analyzing the current situation and existing problems of university management,this paper expounds the significance of the organic integration of institutionalization and humanization in student management.
