Supplier management is the core of enterprise procurement business.Only by scientifically and comprehensively managing suppliers can enterprises obtain resources from the market. This paper takes supplier management in enterprise procurement as the object of in-depth study.We should establish a supplier management system, do a good job in supplier performance appraisal, strengthen the supervision and inspection of suppliers, and explore a new mode of supplier management in market economy for reference.
