摘要
采用Pro/E软件的MECHANICA模块,对踏板摩托车车架进行了强度分析,找出影响强度及刚度的因素及改进车架强度和刚度的方法,通过对车架施加不同的工况载荷,分析计算结果的应力云和应变云,找出不同工况载荷下车架的危险截面,作为设计开发过程中的参考,根据有限元分析结果修正模型设计,达到最佳强度的车架设计。
Using the MECHANICA module of Pro/E software,the strength analysis of the scooter frame is carried out to find out the factors affecting the strength and stiffness and the method of improving the strength and rigidity of the frame.By applying different load conditions to the frame,the stress cloud and strain cloud of the calculated results are analyzed to find the dangerous section of the frame under different working conditions.As a reference in the design and development process,the model design is modified according to the finite element analysis results to achieve the optimal strength frame design.
