巴泽尔产权模型的理论贡献及其形式化尝试

The Theoretical Contribution and Formalization Attempts of Barzel's Property Rights Model

现代产权经济学对新古典经济学研究范式的缺陷进行了重要修正,借助产权、交易费用、合约等分析工具,最大限度地还原了经济行为的现实状况。巴泽尔的产权理论思想深刻、观点新颖、方法独特,其理论贡献对产权经济学的发展具有重要意义。基于运用数学工具能够更为严谨准确表达理论模型的主要思想,对巴泽尔的产权理论模型进行形式化尝试,以期抛砖引玉,推进对巴泽尔产权经济思想的研究。

The defect of neoclassical economics research paradigm has been revised by modern property right economics,which based on analysis tools of property rights,transaction cost,contract,etc,and utmost reappear the true situation of business activities.Barzel's property rights is deep in thought,novel in ideas and unique in method.The theoretical contribution is very important for the development of property economics.The major theory will be expressed more accurately by mathematical model.So formalization is attempted in this paper,in order to push on the research of Barzel's property rights theory much more deeply.
