县域新型城镇化质量评价研究——以河北省为例

Research on Quality Evaluation of New-type Urbanization of County Territory

目前我国的城镇化率持续稳定增长,但绝大部分县域的城镇化水平依旧低下,城乡之间发展极度不平衡,县域城镇化质量问题亟待研究。依据新型城镇化的宗旨,构建县域城镇化质量评价体系,通过因子分析法得出各抽样县域的新型城镇化水平的综合得分并进行排序,分析各县域之间以及各县域与其所属市域之间存在的差异,再用聚类分析法将抽样县域进行分类,并根据不同类县域特点分别提出相关意见,结合河北省。

At present,the urbanization rate in China has maintained a steady growth,however,the urbanization level in some counties are still low,the development between urban and rural areas are extremely uneven.In order to explore the quality of urbanization in China's counties and provide reliable advice for its development,through factor analysis,this paper constructed a reasonable county urbanization quality evaluation system,draw a comprehensive score and rank of the new level of urbanization in all counties,then analyzed the problems that exist between counties and counties and their respective municipalities,use the cluster analysis to classify the sampling county,according to the characteristics of different types of counties have made relevant comments,finally,used Hebei province to do an applied research.
