摘要
为研究板式无砟轨道结构不同计算模型的差异,本文以文献算例为参考,根据弹性地基梁模型和实体模型的计算理论,采用大型有限元软件ANSYS,分别建立了相应的有限元模型,分析了钢轨和轨道板的位移、弯矩和应力分布;从模型的简化程度、计算理论和边界条件等方面,对两种模型的差异进行了对比分析。结果表明:两种模型对钢轨的计算结果基本相同,对轨道板的计算结果相差较大;弹性地基梁模型理论清晰,计算简单,可用于工程的设计和施工,但有一定局限性,而实体模型更能反映结构的实际情况,更适用于结构的研究和设计,其计算结果表明,轨道板应力和位移的横向分布是不均匀的,建议对弹性地基梁模型进行改进和修正。
In order to study the differences among the calculation models of slab track,taking an example from documents as reference,finite element models are built separately according to the theory of elastic foundation beam model and solid model with the application of large-scale finite element software ANSYS. The displacement,bending moment and stress of track and slab are analyzed. Meanwhile,the differences in simplification degree,calculation theory and boundary conditions are also analyzed between the two models. The outcome shows that the calculation results of the track are almost the same,while the results of slab indicate a large difference. The simple and theoretically clear elastic foundation beam model can be used in the design and construction of engineering,but it still has some limitations. Whereas the solid model is able to reflect more practical conditions,so it is more suitable for structural research and design. The results obtained from the solid model shows that the displacement and stress along transverse distribution are not uniform,therefore it is suggested that the calculation results with the elastic foundation beam model should be corrected.
