试论以人为本的生态观

On People-Oriented Ecological View

从以人为本的角度来认识生态发展观,阐述了以人为本和生态观的相关概念,论述了生态文明发展目的和归宿。最后,分析科学生态观的发展导向,从坚持以人为本、尊重自然规律的同时发挥人的能动作用和实现人的全面发展,三个方面进一步论述以人为本的生态观。

This paper,with ecological development being observed from people-oriented perspective,explains concepts related to people-oriented and ecological view and states the objective and end-result of the development of ecological civilization. The development orientation of scientific ecological view is analyzed at the end. Meanwhile,people-centered ecological view is also furthered discussed in the following three aspects,namely adhering to people-oriented idea,respecting law of nature while giving full play to people's initiative as well as realizing all-round development of human beings.
