摘要
以多设备混联系统为研究对象,通过优化组合成本,给出了一种以作业计划为约束的修复非新的动态预防性维护策略.在建模过程中考虑到设备因预防性维护次数增加造成可靠度逐渐下降的情况,引入了役龄递减因子与故障率递增因子优化模型.该维护策略达到了不中断生产作业的目标,使维护计划与作业计划之间的冲突得以协调.通过算例分析,验证了该维护策略的合理性和经济有效性.
Taking multi-device hybrid system as research object and by means of optimizing combined cost,a dynamic preventive maintenance strategy for non-new repairation is proposed,where the job plan is taken as a constraint.In the process of modelling,when the case of gradual decline of equipment reliability due to the increase of the number of preventive maintenance is taken into consideration,an optimization model of sevice age reduction factor and hazard rate increase factor is introduced.This maintenance strategy will make the goal of interruption-free production operation to be achieved and the conflict of maintenance plan with job plan to be aligned.The reasonableness and economic efficiency of this maintenance strategy are verified by means of an evaluation example.
