某框架-剪力墙双塔结构地下室顶板出现大量裂缝,且裂缝方向及分布呈一定规律.对项目从设计、材料、混凝土养护及施工方法4个方面进行逐一分析,最终得到混凝土顶板开裂的主要原因.该项目的裂缝分析方法和过程,对今后类似工程的裂缝原因分析具有一定的借鉴意义,并可对类似设计和施工起到指导作用.

A frame-shear wall twin-tower structure has a large number of cracks in the basement roof,and the direction and distribution of the cracks present a certain regularity.Based on the analyses of four aspects of design,material,concrete maintenance and construction method,the main reasons for the cracking of concrete roof are finally obtained.The method and process of the analysis applied in this project have reference significance for the analysis of cracking reasons of similar projects,and will play a guiding role for similar design and construction.
