摘要
分析了铁轮运行过程中噪声构成及产生机理,并根据噪声频谱特性分析结果,运行在60~120 km/h的城市轨道交通中对车厢影响最大的噪声源为轮轨噪声,虽然噪声频带较宽,且频谱随车速、工况等变化较大,但可针对其噪声来源可在噪声控制过程中进行预测.基于PAT(phase auto-track)算法设计了地铁噪声主动控制系统,可将地铁运行特殊环境简化为管道系统,并通过MATLAB平台进行了噪声的主动消除模拟仿真.仿真结果表明,经过一定调整周期后,系统能获得明显降噪效果.
In the paper,the mechanism composition and process of the wheel running noise in carriage were analyzed.According to the noise spectrum characteristics analysis,the most important composition of the urban rail transit noise in carriage is wheel-rail noise in the speed of60-120km/h generally.Although the noise wide frequency band,and the spectrum on the speed,operating mode change is bigger,its noise sources can be predicted in the process of noise control.Based on the PAT(phase auto-track)algorithm,the subway active noise control system was designed,which can simplify the special environment of the subway system to the pipe system.The noise active elimination simulation system was designed based on the MATLAB platform.The simulation results show that the system could obtain the obvious effect of noise reduction after a certain period of adjustment.
