摘要
为探讨铝合金水冷板扩散焊工艺,采用真空扩散焊的方法焊接6061铝合金.试验中用万能试验机测试焊接接头的抗拉强度,用光学显微镜分析焊后接头的显微组织.在焊接温度530℃、保温时间7h和焊接压力3.5MPa的条件下,扩散焊接头的抗拉强度达到最大值137.3MPa;扩散焊水冷板在2MPa、保压1h的情况下水压检测无泄漏,铝合金变形量不大于0.5%.采用真空扩散焊工艺实现了6061铝合金水冷板的可靠焊接.
In order to discuss the diffusion welding technology of aluminum alloy water-cooled plate,the6061aluminum alloy was welded by vacuum diffusion bonding.In the test,the tensile strength of the welded joint was tested by a universal testing machine,and the microstructure of the bonded joints was analyzed by an optical microscope.Under the conditions of welding temperature 530℃,holding time 7h and welding pressure 3.5MPa,the maximum tensile strength of the diffusion welding joint is 137.3MPa,there is no leakage in the water pressure detection of diffusion welding water cooling plate under the condition of 2MPa and1h of holding pressure,and the deformation of aluminum alloy is less than 0.5%.The reliable welding of6061aluminum alloy water-cooled plate can be realized by vacuum diffusion welding process.
