摘要
镁离子广泛存在于各种生物组织中,在许多生理过程中扮演着重要角色,对镁离子选择性识别与检测引起了人们的极大关注。本文通过缩合2-羟基-1-萘醛与2-肼基吡啶合成了一个可以选择性识别镁离子的荧光探针(NP),反应简单,产率较高,具有一定的实用价值。在乙腈中,NP没有荧光,加入镁离子后发射强度显著增加,发出明亮的青色荧光,检测限低至0.012μmol/L,加入其它常见金属离子不能引起NP的发射光谱发生显著变化。质谱分析和Job曲线研究表明二者形成了1∶1的络合物,并据此提出了NP与镁离子的可能配位结构。
Magnesium ion probes are extensively required because Mg^2+plays vital roles in many biological processes.A novel fluorescent probe(NP)named 2-hydroxyl-1-naphthaldehyde2-pyridylhydrazone was developed for the detection of Mg^2+.In MeCN,NP exhibited a pronounced Mg^2+ -selective fluorescence enhancement over other common metal ions including heavy and transition metal ions.The bright cyan fluorescence provided the naked-eye detection of Mg^2+.The detection limit was 0.012μmol/L.The binding mode between NP and Mg^2+was proposed based on ESI-MS analysis and Job’s plot.
