经食管与经胸超声心动图在心房及瓣膜占位病变诊断中的应用价值分析

Application Value Analysis of Transesophageal Echocardiography and Transthoracic Echocardiography in Diagnosis of Atrial and Valve Site Occupying Lesions

目的分析经食管与经胸超声心动图在心房及瓣膜占位病变诊断中的应用价值。方法选取心房及瓣膜占位性病变患者44例,均行经食管超声心动图检查(TEE)及经胸超声心动图检查(TTE)。观察超声心动图显示的占位性病变形态、大小、内部结构、病理性质提示。结果 TEE检查对心房及瓣膜占位病变的内部结构、病理性质提示检查结果要优于TTE检查,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05); TEE与TTE检查占位病变大小测量结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论心房及瓣膜占位病变诊断中行经食管超声心动图较经胸超声心动图可获得更佳的影像学信息,两者结合可做出明确诊断。

Objective To analyze the value of transesophageal and transthoracic echocardiography in the diagnosis of atrial and valve occupying lesions.Methods44patients with atrial and valve space occupying lesions were selected and treated with transesophageal echocardiography(TEE)and transthoracic echocardiography(TTE).The morphology,size,internal structure and pathological characteristics of space occupying lesions revealed by echocardiography were observed.Results The diagnostic results of the internal structure and pathological nature of the atrial and valve lesions by TEE examination were superior to those by TTE examination(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between TEE examination and TTE examination in the diagnosis of lesions size(P>0.05).Conclusion Transesophageal echocardiography can obtain better imaging information than transthoracic echocardiography in the diagnosis of atrial and valve occupying lesions,and the combined application of them can make a definite diagnosis.
