摘要
在油井出砂监测系统中使用超声波阵列探头,可以实现自适应空域滤波,有效提高监测精度。本文针对超声波阵列探头,根据油井中流体携带砂粒与金属管壁撞击后产生的声波信号特征,设计了用于油井出砂信号检测的超声波阵列探头的模拟实验系统。在此基础上,对超声波阵列探头的灵敏度进行了分析,验证了采用超声波阵列实现油井出砂信号检测的有效性。该实验系统可模拟高度接近真实井况的实验环境,为提高油井出砂信号实时监测性能提供有力保障。
Using ultrasonic array probe in the oil-well sand monitoring system can realize adaptive spatial filtering and effectively improve the monitoring accuracy.In this paper,a simulation experiment system for the ultrasonic array probe for oil well sanding signal detection is designed which based on the characteristics of acoustic signals generated by the fluid-carrying sand particles colliding with the metal tube wall in the oil well.On this basis,the sensitivity of the ultrasonic array probe is analyzed,and the effectiveness of using the ultrasonic array to detect the sand signal of the oil well is verified.The experimental system can simulate the experimental environment with a height close to the real well condition,and provides a powerful guarantee for improving the real-time monitoring performance of the sand production signal of the oil well.
