摘要
传统机器人充电采用插拔式的充电方式,但由于多次的插拔导致接触的磨损而接触不良,造成机器人无法正常充电。本文针对机器人充电的特性研究一种基于单管耦合式的无线充电系统,利用单个开关管实现逆变,再经过耦合变压器将能量传输至副边再整流输出为机器人充电。本文对机器人无线充电系统进行了设计,分析了单管逆变器的工作模态,对单管逆变补偿网络进行了设计。
The traditional charging method of robots is plug-and-pull,but because of the wear and tear of contact caused by multiple plug-and-pull,the robot can not charge normally.According to the characteristics of robot charging,a wireless charging system based on single-tube coupling is proposed in this paper.A single switch is used to realize the inversion,then the energy is transmitted to the secondary side through the coupling transformer,and then the rectifier output is used to charge the robot.In this paper,the wireless charging system of robot is designed,the working mode of single-transistor inverters is analyzed,and the compensation network of single-transistor inverters is designed.
