企业家精神及其创新生态系统构建研究

创新发展无疑是经济转型的原动力,其中,企业家主体功能的充分发挥成为关键。研究表明,企业家的市场主体功能主要决定于企业家精神,但是企业家精神的产生与提升主要依赖于创新生态系统的构建与运行。本文梳理总结了有关企业家精神及其创新生态系统的研究状况,分别从企业家精神、创新生态系统以及企业家创新生态系统三个方面阐述了当前国内外的研究动态,从中廓清了企业家精神及其创新生态系统的研究重点,确立了有关理论研究的基本脉络。最后,根据前述理论思路,针对当今中国社会经济转型发展的内在要求,试图构建一个企业家创新生态系统的逻辑框架,本着企业家精神、创新生态系统、商业模式价值体系创新的基本路线,指出实现中国新时代创新驱动发展战略的方向目标和系统任务。

Innovation development is undoubtedly the driving force of economic transformation,and the full play of entrepreneur's main function becomes the key.The researches show that the market principal function of entrepreneurs mainly depends on entrepreneurship,but the generation and promotion of entrepreneurship mainly depends on the construction and operation of the innovation ecosystem.This article summarizes the researches about entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem,and expounds the current domestic and foreign researches respectively from three aspects of entrepreneurial spirit,innovation ecosystem and entrepreneur innovation ecosystem,to clarify the main topics of entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem and establish the related contexts of theories.Finally,according to the above theoretical thinking,for the inherent requirement of the Chinese social and economic transformation development,this paper tries to construct a logical framework of entrepreneurial innovation ecosystem,in line with entrepreneurship spirit,innovation ecosystem and business model innovation,and points out the direction and tasks of the innovation-driven development strategy.
