五年制高职英语课堂教学质量诊断和改进研究探析 被引量:1

摘要 课堂教学诊断作为提升课堂教学品质、促进师生共同发展的技能与方法,被视为教师发展过程中必须具备的自我审视与自我完善的能力,是我国当今课程与教学领域研究的重点。五年制高职教育与普通全日制教育的目标本身就存在一定的差异,更应该结合学生专业发展和就业岗位实际需要,进一步明确教学目标,建立有效的诊断和改进机制,从而提高教学质量和效果,培养优秀的技术技能型专业人才。
