亲情护理在小儿疝气围手术期的临床应用效果观察

Effect of kindred-like nursing on pediatric hernia during perioperative period

目的探讨亲情护理在小儿疝气围手术期的临床应用效果。方法选择2017年4月至2018年4月锦州市妇婴医院收治的小儿疝气围手术期患儿124例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各62例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用亲情护理,比较两组临床疗效、心率异常、疼痛情况、护理满意率、手术时间、切口疼痛时间、术后下床时间、术中出血量。结果观察组在愈显率、总有效率、护理满意率均高于对照组,心率异常率、疼痛率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组手术时间、切口疼痛时间、术后下床时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论亲情护理干预在小儿疝气围术期护理中,不仅能有效的改善小儿疝气患儿的临床疗效,还能有效的降低各项临床指标,改善患儿临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of kindred-like nursing in perioperative periodof pediatric hernia.Methods Totally 124 pediatric hernia patients admitted to Jinzhou Maternal and InfantHospital from April2017to April2018during the perioperative period of pediatric hernia were selected asthe study subjects,and were randomlydivided into the control group and the observation group(62caseseach).Routine nursing was used in the control group and kindred-like nursing was used in the observationgroup.Clinical efficacy,abnormal heart rate,pain,nursing satisfaction rate,operation time,incision paintime,postoperative time to get out of bed,and intraoperative blood loss were compared between the twogroups.Results The excellence rate,total effective rate and nursing satisfaction rate of the observationgroup were higher than those of the control group,while the abnormal heart rate and pain rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,theoperation time,intraoperative bleeding,incision pain time and postoperative time to get out of bed in the observation group were all relativelybetter(P<0.05).Conclusion Kindred-like nursing intervention in perioperative nursing of children with hernia can not onlyeffectively improve the clinical efficacy,but also effectively lower the clinical indicators and improve the clinical efficacyof children with hernia.
