摘要
阐述了氢气在钨、钼加热炉使用中对产品质量、炉膛内热场以及生产成本的影响。通过多年的探索及优化,总结出超宽幅钼板加热电阻炉设计、使用的技术要点,经过实践验证,该类型电阻炉大大提高了设备的使用寿命和可靠性,降低了生产和维护成本。
The effect of hydrogen on product quality,heat field inside the furnace and production cost in tungsten and molybdenum reheating furnace was described.Through years of exploration and optimization,ultra-wide molybdenum plate heat resistance furnace design and the main technical points of the use were summarized.Proven by practice,the type resistance furnace greatly improves the service life and reliability of the equipment,reduces the production and maintenance costs.
