摩擦作用对铝合金热变形的影响研究

摘要 基于Deform 3D有限元软件对铝合金2024热模拟试验进行了模拟,研究了摩擦作用对铝合金变形的影响,分别对变形鼓肚、应力、应变和变形损伤进行了分析。研究发现由于摩擦作用的存在,对变形鼓肚、等效应力、应变及损伤均有不同程度的影响;随着摩擦系数的增加,所引起的鼓肚幅值也越大,应力和应变的最大值和最小值之间的差异越大,应力应变均匀性相对降低,且损伤最大值越大。 Based on Deform 3D finite element software,thermal simulation experiment of 2024 aluminum alloy was simulated to study the effect of friction on the deformation.The drum belly,plastic strain,stress and deformation damage were analyzed respectively.It was found that the friction had different influence on the drum belly,equiva-lent stress,strain and damage during material deformation.With the increase of friction coefficient,amplitude of drum belly was increased,the difference between maximum and minimum value of the stress and strain increased,and the uniform of stress and strain distributed on billet was relatively decreased.And the maximum damage also enhanced with increasing friction coefficients.
