贵州作为国家扶贫开发的重点省份,如何适应经济新常态,找到切合自身实际的发展路线,攻坚克难,弯道取直,是关系到我国能否在2020年全面建成小康社会的大事。本文结合互联网科技最新的区块链技术,从精准扶贫、农业扶贫、金融扶贫三个方面,探讨了该项科技如何助力贵州大扶贫开发战略。区块链技术由于其本身的技术优势,加上贵阳市政府在这方面的提前布局与大力支持,可以预期区块链技术的应用在贵州省扶贫开发工作中发挥较好的效果,形成示范效应逐步推广到全国的扶贫工作中去。

As a key province for poverty alleviation and development in the country,Guizhou province has always been considering how to adapt to the new normal of the economy,find a development route that is in line with its own reality,overcome difficulties,and overtake the curve,which is a major event related to whether China can fully build a well-off society in 2020.This paper combines the latest blockchain technology of Internet technology to explore how the technology can help Guizhou’s poverty alleviation development strategy from the aspects of targeted poverty alleviation,agricultural poverty alleviation and financial poverty alleviation.Due to its own technical advantages and the predicated layout and strong support of the Guiyang Municipal Government in this area,the blockchain technology can be expected to play a better role in the poverty alleviation and development and form a demonstration effect for promoting it to the poverty alleviation work in the country.
