校企合作推动高校物流管理专业人才培养路径研究

Research on the Cooperation of Schools and Enterprises to Promote the Training of Logistics Management Professionals in Vocational Colleges

通过物流管理人才需求调研,了解物流管理人才的需求特点和目标,结合高校物流管理人才培养面临的问题和不足,对高校物流管理人才培养过程中引入校企合作的可行性进行了分析,并对产学合作主要的几种模式进行了分析比较,为高校物流管理专业的人才培养提供了思路,为校企合作的实践也提供了理论参考和支持。

Through the investigation of logistics management talent demand,this paper analyzes the demand characteristics and objectives of logistics management talents,and illustrates the feasibility of introducing school-enterprise cooperation in the process of training logistics management talents in higher vocational colleges in terms of combining with the problems and shortcomings of logistics management talents training in higher vocational colleges.The analysis based on the comparisons among several main models of industry-university cooperation aims at providing ideas for the talent training of logistics management majors in higher vocational colleges,and making theoretical reference and support for the practice of university-enterprise cooperation.
