摘要
以"精益管理"为理论基础,结合S医院的实际情况,以项目管理中时间管理的方法,将研究理论切实地应用于实际工作中的各个环节。从如何缩短患者等待的时间点出发,研究出一套切实、落地、可行的优化方案,并对方案实施效果进行前后的对比分析,为医院的发展以及卫生行业内相关研究提供科学、有效的依据和数据支持。
Based on the theory of"lean management"and combined with the actual situation of S hospital,this study applies the time management method of project management to all aspects of practical work.Based on how to shorten the time point of patient waiting,this paper studies a set of practical,landing and feasible optimization schemes,and compares and analyzes the effect of the implementation of the scheme before and after,which provides scientific and effective basis and data support for the development of the hospital and the related research in the health industry.
