论传统蒙学“明人伦”与现代中小学德育工作的有机融合

On the Aim of “Understand Interpersonal Ethics” in Traditional Moral Education and the Integration of Moral Education in Modern Primary and Middle Schools

摘要 "明人伦"是传统蒙学施行道德教育的首要目的,与现代德育工作追求的目标高度吻合。以"明人伦"为德育标杆,将传统蒙学所蕴含的德育思想与现代中小学德育进行融合,提高德育实效,实现自育育人。要实现二者的有机融合,一是以"明人伦"为指导,立足校本文化,拓宽传统文化载体;二是以"明人伦"为依托,借鉴蒙学精粹,创新现代德育实践;三是以"明人伦"为标杆,争取多方联动,实现全员自育育人。 The first purpose of moral education in traditional moral education is“understand interpersonal ethics”,which is highly consistent with the goal of modern moral education.Taking“understand interpersonal ethics”as the benchmark of moral education,the moral thoughts contained in traditional moral education are integrated with modern moral education in primary and middle schools to improve the actual effect of moral education and realize self-education and education of others.To achieve the effective integration of the two,we should take“understand interpersonal ethics”as the guidance and school culture as the base,and broaden the carrier of traditional culture;rely on“understand interpersonal ethics”and learn from the essence of enlightenment,innovate modern moral education practice;use“understand interpersonal ethics”as the benchmark,strive for multi-lateral interaction,to achieve full self-education and education of others.
