摘要
随着"互联网+"与各行业、各领域的跨界融合,催生了"创客学习"、"智慧学习"。本文通过分析"互联网+"背景下带来的学习模式变革,提出大学英语教师利用网络进行非正式学习的必要性;通过对50位大学英语教师的问卷调查显示出网络环境下的非正式学习具有可行性;最后提出了非正式学习的策略,即:培养教师良好的网络学习习惯,借助网络平台构建学习共同体,加强网络协作激发学习的"共同愿景",以便为大学英语教师进行非正式学习提供借鉴和帮助。
The unprecedented blending of Internet+and other fields gives rise to“Maker Learning”and“Smart Learning”.This essay accentuates the necessity of informal learning of college English teachers under the learning mode reform brought by Internet+;proposes the practicability of online informal learning through a research carried out among50college English teachers;and finally comes up with strategies of online informal learning-to cultivate good online learning habits,set up online learning community and to trigger the“shared ideal”with teachers’online cooperation,which aims to provide suggestion and guidance for college English teachers’informal learning.
