Accelerating the construction of innovative and entrepreneurial personnel training system for public management specialty conforms to the strategic requirements of national innovation and entrepreneurship development.It is the need of higher education reform and students’self-growth.The cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship talents in public management specialty should be based on the demand of social development for public management talents,should rely on the national innovation and entrepreneurship talents training system and the university innovative and entrepreneurship talents cultivation system,and improve the curriculum system,teaching team system and practical training system of innovation and entrepreneurship in public management specialty.
