摘要
中国在国际组织中代表名额不足(underrepresented),国际组织人才培养研究匮乏。国际发展研究为复合型国际组织人才培养提供了理论框架:明确培养特色;课程教学模式中体现"语言、教学和管理"之结合;并反思国际组织人才课程教学过程中应注意的问题。
China is underrepresented in international organizations and in severe lack of research in training talents mode for international organizations.Under the guidance of International Development Studies(DS),the theoretical structure for cultivating those talents is established:First is to clarify the cultivation characters,followed by a combination of“language,teaching and management”in teaching process.Lastly,reflections in course teaching process are indispensable.
