关于船首不同倾斜角度对船体结构的影响

The Influence of Different Inclination Angles on the Hull Structure of the Bow

摘要 基于现有五体船船型运用Maxsurf建立了六种船首模型,考虑到结构强度是船舶实其他性能的前提,针对船体的结构强度进行了分析,引入有限元方法,对构建的五体船六种船首模型建立了导入方法,实现3D立体化展示.研究结果表明:设计的115°的船首倾角对整船结构强度最有利,而船首内倾130°时船体结构变形最大,最大应力也远大于其他船型,并且发现在船首直立与内倾130°之间存在一个对船体结构强度最有利的船首倾角.研究结果验证了模型的合理性及可行性. In order to obtain the influence degree of the different inclination angles of the bow on the hull structure,six kinds of bow models are established based on the existing five-hull ship type Maxsurf.Considering that the structural strength is the premise of the ship's other performance,this paper analyzes the structural strength of the hull.Introducing the finite element method,an introduction method was established for the six bow models of the constructed five-body ship to realize3D stereoscopic display.The results show that the designed115°bow angle is the most favorable for the structural strength of the whole ship.When the bow is tilted130°,the hull structure is the most deformed,the maximum stress is much larger than other ship types,and it is found that there is a between the ship's erection and the inward tilt130°.A bow angle that is most favorable for the strength of the hull structure.The research results verify the rationality and feasibility of the model.
