一种新型余压能海水淡化装置研究

摘要 以液力透平式和正位移式余压能回收技术为研究基础,分析反渗透海水淡化系统中余压能回收装置存在的不足,研发了一种基于余压能驱动的磁力耦合泵装置,并对其关键技术,结构和特点进行了介绍.原理性试验测试表明:装置的轴流式透平可输出稳定电压及功率,实现余压能的回收. With the research and development basis of the residual pressure energy recovery technology,the author analyzedthe deficiency of reverse osmosis desalination system and thereforethe magnetic coupling pump device driven by residual pressure energywas developed.In addition,not only key technique but also structure and specialty of the device had been specifically introduced.Through the principle test,the axial flow turbine of the device was able to output steady voltage and power,which showed that the residual pressure energy could be recovered successfully.
