腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿对卵巢功能恢复效果的影响

Effect of laparoscopic surgery on the recovery of ovarian function inpatients with ovarian chocolate cysts

目的:综合分析腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿对卵巢功能的恢复效果。方法:选取昆山市第一人民医院2010年2月至2015年2月收治的150例卵巢巧克力囊肿患者作为研究对象,按照数字随机表法随机分为实验组(应用腹腔镜手术方法)和对照组(应用传统开腹手术方法),每组均为75例。采用SPSS20. 0统计学软件进行统计学分析两组卵巢巧克力囊肿患者的平均手术操作时间、平均术中出血量、术后肛门平均排气时间、术后肠道功能恢复时间、平均住院天数、复发率、手术前后卵巢功能[黄体生成激素(LH)、促卵泡成熟激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)]水平。结果:实验组患者平均手术操作时间、平均术中出血量、术后肛门平均排气时间、术后肠道功能恢复时间、平均住院天数显著优于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05),实验组患者复发率显著低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗前,两组患者的黄体生成激素、促卵泡成熟激素以及雌二醇水平比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);治疗后,实验组患者的黄体生成激素、促卵泡成熟激素显著低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05),实验组患者雌二醇水平显著高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿对卵巢功能的恢复效果显著。

Objective:To analyze the effect of laparoscopic surgery on the recovery of ovarian function in ovarian chocolate cysts.Methods:A total of 150 patients with ovarian chocolate cysts admitted to the First People′s Hospital of Kunshan City from February 2010 to February 2015 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group(laparoscopic surgery)and control group(traditional laparotomy),with 75 cases in each group.The SPSS20.0 statistical software was used to analyze the average operation time,the average intraoperative blood loss,the average time of postoperative anus exhaust,the time of postoperative intestinal function recovery,the average days of hospital stay,the recurrence rate,ovarian function before and after surgery[luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and estradiol(E2)levels].Results:The average operation time,average intrao-perative blood loss,the average time of postoperative anus exhaust,the time of postoperative intestinal function recovery and the average days of hospital stay in the experimental group were significantly better than those in control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before treatment,the levels of luteinizing hormone,follicle stimulating hormone and estradiol in two groups had no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The estradiol level in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions:Laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of ovarian chocolate cysts has significant effect on the recovery of ovarian function.
