肥胖和正常儿童性成熟时间与血中瘦素和性激素水平间的关系

Relationships between sex maturation time and serum leptin and sex hormone levels of obese and normal children

目的:探讨肥胖和正常儿童性成熟时间与血中瘦素和性激素水平间的关系。方法:随机选取2015年5月至2017年5月延安大学附属医院接收的健康体检儿童150例,依据体重方法将这些患者分为轻中度单纯性肥胖组(肥胖组,n=75)和体重正常组(正常组,n=75)两组,对两组儿童的瘦素和性激素水平及其相关性进行统计分析。结果:不同年龄肥胖男童血中瘦素和睾酮水平均显著高于正常男童,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05),肥胖女童血中瘦素和雌二醇水平均显著高于正常女童,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05),而不同年龄肥胖女童血中瘦素水平均显著高于肥胖男童,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05),正常女童血中瘦素水平均显著高于正常男童,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);肥胖男童、正常男童血中瘦素和睾酮均呈显著的负相关关系,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05),肥胖女童、正常女童血中瘦素和雌二醇均呈显著的正相关关系,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:肥胖和正常儿童性成熟时间与血中瘦素和性激素水平间显著相关,值得临床充分重视。

Objective: To investigate the relationships between sex maturation time and serum leptin and sex hormone levels of obese and normal children.Methods:150 children received physical examination in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were selected randomly and divided into mild and moderate obesity group(obesity group,n=75)and normal weight group(normal group,n=75) according to weights.The leptin and sex hormone levels and their correlations were statistically analyzed in the two groups.Results:The serum leptin and testosterone levels in obese boys of different ages were significantly higher than those of normal boys,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The serum leptin and estradiol of obese girls were significantly higher than those of normal girls,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The serum leptin levels of obese girls of different ages were significantly higher than those of obese boys,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The serum leptin levels of normal girls were significantly higher than those of normal boys,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The serum leptin and testosterone was negatively correlated in both obese and normal boys,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The serum leptin and estradiol had significantly positive correlations in both obese and normal girls,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions:There are significant correlations between sex maturation time and serum leptin and sex hormone levels of obese and normal children,which is worthy of more attention in clinical.
