佛山市高中生恋爱、性相关态度与性行为的现状调查研究

Investigation and research on the status quo of students' attitudes towards love,sex and sexual behavior in seniorhigh schools in Foshan

目的:了解当前佛山市高中生恋爱、性相关态度与性行为的现状,为开展更为有效的青春期性健康教育提供依据。方法:采用线上发放自编问卷调查的方法,对佛山市1055名高中学生开展调查。结果:高中生对于恋爱的接受程度高,男生达到79. 0%,女生达到71. 3%;高中男生已经发生性行为的比例为9. 3%,打算发生性行为的比例为23. 1%,女生已经发生性行为的比例为6. 3%,打算发生性行为的比例为4. 4%;男生能正确使用安全套的占39. 5%,女生能正确使用安全套的占14. 6%;88. 2%的高中生认为应当尊重性伴侣,不强制发生性行为。结论:佛山市高中学生性态度较为开放,性与生殖健康知识掌握情况不理想,对于恋爱等亲密关系的接受程度很高,性行为发生率较高,高中生发生性行为时大部分不能正确使用安全套或不用安全套。

Objective:To learn the current condition of Foshan senior high school students′attitudes towards love,sex and sexual behavior,in order to provide the gist of adolescent sexual health education in an effective way.Methods:A self-complied survey online was conducted facing 1055 senior high school students in Foshan.Results:Up to 79.0% of boys and 71.3% of girls were receptive to love,which showed a high level of acceptance to love among senior high students.9.3% of boys had sex,and 23.1% intended to have.While the data of girls were 6.3% and 4.4% respectively.39.5% of boys and 14.6%of girls could correctly use condoms.88.2% of senior high students thought sex partner should be respected,and sexual behavior should not be compelled.Conclusions:Senior high students in Foshan are open-minded towards love,sex and intimate relationship,which leads to high acceptance and incidence of sexual behavior,while knowing little about the knowledge of sex and reproductive health,and most of them don′t use condoms or cannot use them correctly while having sex.
