母乳喂养中使用多潘立酮增加泌乳量的研究进展

母乳喂养是新生儿喂养的最佳选择。对于部分泌乳量不足的产妇来说,在部分发达国家中多潘立酮是一种应用广泛的催乳药物。但其在药物使用说明书和各国母乳喂养指南中并未提及,在我国也鲜有医院和医生推荐。本文介绍了有关多潘立酮在母乳喂养中增加泌乳量的研究结果,以及对于泌乳产量和乳汁质量的影响、乳母血中泌乳素的影响,对于乳母和新生儿安全的影响。增加泌乳量作为多潘立酮的非适应症的药物用途,需要在谨慎权衡利弊中定夺,但可以为母乳喂养的推广与相关研究提供一种新的思路。

Breastfeeding is the optimal method for feeding a newborn.However,some mothers may have difficulties in lactating.Domperidone is widely used as a galactagogue but to the best of our knowledge has not been approved by any health authority.This review,through introducing the impact of lactation yield on the yield and quality of lactation and on the safety of mothers and newborns,was to assess the benefit-risk ratio of domperidone for stimulating lactation.In these circumstances,an improvement of breastfeeding practices seems to be more effective and safer than the use of an off-label domperidone treatment.
