泛昔洛韦联合四妙丸对生殖器疱疹患者的疗效及情绪状态的影响

The curative effect of famciclovir combined Simiao pills in the treatment of patients with genital herpes and its influence on the emotional state of patients

目的:研究泛昔洛韦联合四妙丸对生殖器疱疹患者的疗效及情绪状态的影响。方法:选取2012年2月至2017年2月清华大学附属第一医院诊治的424例生殖器疱疹患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其平均分为研究组和对照组,每组12例患者。研究组患者予以泛昔洛韦联合四妙丸治疗,对照组患者予以泛昔洛韦治疗比较两组患者临床疗效,治疗前后情绪状态和免疫功能变化情况,以及不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组患者治疗总有效率为98. 1%(208/212),明显高于对照组的90. 6%(192/212),组间差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。治疗后,研究组患者SAS、SDS评分分别为(22. 57±5. 22)分、(21. 55±5. 29)分,均明显低于对照组患者的(30. 66±7. 59)分、(28. 78±6. 38)分,组间差异均具有统计学意义(均P <0. 05)。治疗后,研究组患者CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平分别为(60. 21±4. 33)%、(42. 27±3. 56)%、(1. 37±0. 12)%,均明显高于对照组患者的(53. 28±3. 84)%、(37. 88±4. 02)%、(1. 08±0. 14)%;而CD8+水平为(30. 47±3. 25)%,明显低于对照组患者的(35. 24±4. 18)%,组间差异均具有统计学意义(均P <0. 05)。研究组患者恶心、食欲不振、乏力和肝肾功能异常发生率与对照组患者相比不明显,组间差异均无统计学意义(均P> 0. 05)。结论:泛昔洛韦联合四妙丸治疗生殖器疱疹具有显著效果,能够有效改善患者情绪状态,提高免疫功能,安全性较佳,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To study the curative effect of famciclovir combined Simiao pills in the treatment of patients with genital herpes and its influence on the emotional state of patients.Methods:424 patients with genital herpes treated in The First Hospital of Tsinghua University from February 2012 to February 2017 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group.The control group was given with famciclovir treatment,while study group was given famciclovir and Simiao pills for treatment.The clinical efficacy,changes in the emotional state and immune function between before and after treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group(98.1%,208/212)was significantly higher than that of the control group(90.6%,192/212),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the SAS and SDS scores in the study group were(22.57±5.22)and(21.55±5.29)respectively,which were significantly lower than the control group of(30.66±7.59),(28.78±6.38),with statistically significant differences between the two groups(all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+in the study group were(60.21±4.33)%,(42.27±3.56)%and(1.37±0.12)%respectively,which were significantly higher than the control group of(53.28±3.84)%,(37.88±4.02)%and(1.08±0.14)%,while the CD8+level(30.47±3.25)%was significantly lower than the control group of(35.24±4.18)%,with statistically significant difference(all P<0.05).Differences in the incidence of nausea,anorexia,fatigue and abnormal liver and kidney function in the study group were not statistically significant between the two groups(all P>0.05).Conclusions:Famciclovir combined Simiao pills is safe and effective in the treatment of patients with genital herpes,which can effectively improve the emotional state and immune function of patients and worthy of clinical application.
