摘要
目的:探索拓展训练对改善油气类高职学生人际关系的意义,以拓展训练为干预手段,采用信任量表、容纳他人量表及社交焦虑量表对油田类高职学生人际关系进行分析。结果表明:实验组的信任、容纳他人、社交焦虑三项量化指标与实验前均呈现积极的变化,同时拓展训练对不同性别、年级学生有差异性积极变化。结论;拓展训练对油气类高职学生人际关系具有积极的促进作用。
The objective is to explore the significance of expanding training to improve the interpersonal relationship of oil and gas higher vocational students,to expand training as a means of intervention,and to analyze the interpersonal relationship of the oil field vocational students by using the trust scale,the accommodating scale and the social anxiety scale.The results show that the three quantitative indexes of trust,accommodating and social anxiety in the experimental group are all positive changes before the experiment,and the development training has different positive changes for the students of different genders and grades.It is concluded that outward bound training has positive effect on the interpersonal relationship of oil and gas vocational college students.
