摘要
羽毛球是一项激烈的隔网运动,需要各种快速突然的动作来完成,对专项身体素质有相当高的要求。在羽毛球运动过程中,如果没有好的身体素质,特别是符合羽毛球运动的专项身体素质,很容易引起运动损伤,对身体产生负面的影响。本文就核心力量训练对羽毛球专项身体素质的影响进行了概述。
Badminton is a fierce grid sport that requires a variety of quick and sudden actions to complete.There is a very high demand for special physical fitness.In the process of badminton,without good physical fitness,especially without accordance with the specific physical fitness of badminton,it is easy to cause sports injuries and other negative impacts on the body.This article overviews the influence of core strength training on the physical fitness of badminton.
