摘要
在田径运动中,短跑是其项目之一,是田径径赛中重要的组成部分。短跑的特点就是在规定的距离中所用的时间少、速度快,在跑的过程中需要肌肉的活动能力达到极限也就是最大强度,需要人体的内脏器官和运动器官可以在严重缺氧的情况下完成工作。速度耐力是速度的强有力的保障,是一种专门的素质。本文就怎样进行速度耐力训练提出了一些相关的建议,希望能给训练者提供一些参考。
Sprint is a very important part of track and field.Its characteristics lie in the usage of the shortest time under full speed.Maximum intensity of muscle is required for human internal and sport organs to work under extreme oxygen shortage.Speed endurance is a special quality to guarantee speed performance.The article puts forward some relevant suggestions on speed endurance training,hoping to provide some reference to trainers.
